another one bits the dust hope all my mates are well
139.6 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

333 kcal Fat: 3.51g | Prot: 12.77g | Carb: 68.18g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk. Lunch: Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Young Green Onions, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Lipton Black Tea. Dinner: Boiled Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Mixed Salad Greens, Cucumber, Beetroot (Drained Solids, Canned), Tomatoes, Woolworths Select Corned Beef Silverside, Lipton Black Tea. Snacks/Other: Coles Light Tzatziki Dip, Arnott's Savoy Light, Pink Lady Apples. more...
