No weight loss in a week. This holiday season is killing my progress. 🙄

208.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb. Still to go: 33.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

So easy to gain so hard to lose!! I finally saw the numbers 193 on my scale instead of 194 -- am gaining some will power - not much - but some -- keep at it - you are a inspiration to me-- take care--
