半夜曾餓醒還以為早上體重會更低,是因為昨晚睡不好一直醒來的的關係嗎?😱😱😱
兩個星期了體重就是回不去最低,每次靠近了一些假日就又來了!😱😱😱
110.2 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
