Fighting off bronchitis and a sinus infection which is causing ear pain and my asthma to act up, so I decided not to do my aqua fitness this week. I don't think it would be a good idea to be in the cold pool water the way I am right now. It's hard enough to try to teach preschoolers with a while sick and in pain.
254.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 74.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
