Things are just not moving and I'm bloated as heck
179.0 lb Lost so far: 54.7 lb.    Still to go: 51.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hmm, you may be constipated and/or retaining water. I would suggest you get prunes (dried plums) or get some sort of food that will act as a scouring agent that will help you flush out. For me, prunes and apples do the trick. Be wary of eating salty foods as that will cause you to retain water.
