I keep plugging along. hope to succeed. just have to pass up mcdonalds. when ever I go to town I get fast food
have to break that habit. it's hard
227.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don’t know if this will get to you. Fast food is not a problem for me,because I don’t want to spend the money! Exercise is my problem. I just sit
