Took Three plus days to lose the 1.5 I put on this week. And I learned some valuable information. Probably would have been losing more but was having soy milk latte's which are not sugar free like I thought!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
