Had Micky D's grilled chicken and french fries. Couldn't help myself. My granddaughter,4 was with me. Had salad and pork chop for dinner.
203.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey - right there with you - as you know!!! Micky D's is probably one of the hardest places to go when you are doing Atkins. But like I said before, the important thing is to jump right back in and not beat yourself up too much for doing it! It's impossible, on this site, to be too hard on yourself because everyone will chime in and say, "be nicer to yourself"!!! At the risk of rambling, I also have to add that I looked at your total carbs for the day - and we have to remember that most people consume about 300+ carbs a day. So, in comparison, you still are way below average!!!
