I know it’s only a pound but, ugggg.
237.1 lb Lost so far: 36.9 lb.    Still to go: 62.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight fluctuations are NORMAL and typically not accurate. Don’t be discouraged, and it should balance out.

Weight fluctuates! I like using an app called Happy Scale which does trending and averages for you to account for normal fluctuations.
