My weight loss seems to be slowing down. When I first cut way back on carbs the weight came off so fast! Now I need to step up my exercise!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
