Breaking back into eating with smaller portion sizes after my almost 3 day fast. Started the morning out with some lemon water and a 1 mile power walk/jog. Came home and had 1/4 cup of Siggi’s Icelandic style yogurt, tiny drizzle of honey, 1/4 banana, tbsp of ground flax seed, and a tbsp of cinnamon. Tasted like a dang Irish potato! Now I’m at work working on a huuuge house, so that’s going to keep me moving. :)
134.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 34.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
