Didn't weigh I today as had to fast last night so I could get up early and go have blood test then went and had a belated birthday lunch of Chinese which was satay chicken, mei goring, and combination omelet which was shared out between three of us and left overs went home with mum for her tea tonight
258.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
