I seem to be staying at 158 for now. I haven't been exercising but I have been following the low-carb diet. I am happy that my new 'set-point' weight seems to be 158 instead of 174. I will reinvest myself soon in exercising and the weight will start to come off again. Before being on this diet, when I would stop exercising, my weight would creep back up to 174. I am happy for now with the progress I have made so far. :)
158.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
