BF weight 24.8 kg, BF % 33.1, Water 49 kg
It seems now I'm losing just a pound a week.
I've noticed I've lost some muscle mass too, so I'm starting to records those stats that are never that accurate anyway hehe ;)
164.7 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
