Finally over the 172 plateau. What a trial lol. Tho I am happy where I am at now, so no worries. Still going to avoid carbs, sugar is death. ;)
171.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice! I've been Keto for going on 7 months now and love it!! I hit a plateau around 153-154 pounds and it lasted for two months, but I was still loosing inches wise so lesson is to measure and chances are when we're not actually dropping weight, our bodies are still re-arranging 😀. Great job on your keto journey so far, keep going!!
