does anyone know how I can change the type of diet I am on. I am wanting it to show the correct Marcos. I am trying to go low carb and high protien
271.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 146.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

On my computer there's a bar to the right when I'm in the food section that has a place to change the diet. Maybe it's in the exercise area? It's a clear thing to click.
