Down 5 pounds in one week, very motivating! I definitely don’t feel thinner yet or see any difference. Florida trip is in 4 weeks. 1500 cals/day is getting a little easier for me, I’m not as hungry. I drink a lot of coffee though to make up for eating, and of course I smoke a lot. I’m only eating between 12:00-6:00, not eating dairy, and exercising 200-300 calories most days. Lately I’ve been having 1/2c of Cheerios around 10pm.
