隔了兩個星期今天去量體重各個指數都有下降,改變運動及飲食好像有效果

體年齡:52(吃輔助品減脂前是60,看到數字時衝擊好大比實際年齡大好多,我先生完全不運動的人體年齡居然比實際年齡少,而有在運動的我居然…)
BMI:24.2
基代:1232
內臟脂肪:6.0
