Holding steady. Glad it’s not going up, but COME ON!!! I have to get in the 30s in the next 6 weeks. Sounds easy, but when I am constantly retaining water for 3 days at a time, it feels like I’m losing a week. I’m balanced with sodium/potassium/electrolytes. The water always comes off after a couple days. Looks like liquid supplements for the weekend.
