I love these keto coffee's they fill me up, the fat does not spike insulin and increases leptin. So many times they have gotten me through a tough afternoon. :)

Sounds like a nice placebo going on. Try a small protein shake instead. Protein is the most satiating macro, it helps you retain lean mass, and has a higher thermic effect.

@Diablo, please dont try to force what works for you onto someone else. Everyone has their own lifestyle and diet choices that work for them. We are here to support and life each other up, not to insult and force our agenda on people. Protein shakes are great for people who want them and that works for them, but some people prefer to go a different route. To each their own. Live your best life, but dont try to make others live yours too. Have a blessed day! ***** I switched from butter to refined coconut oil, it give a slight sweet flavor, but still no carbs. I find that I like that a little better. Great looking cup of coffee though!!

I do butter, coconut oil & cinnamon in my morning cup of coffee :-)

I decided I prefer the heavy whipping cream. It starts my day, then I have a hard boiled egg a few hours later. That's my style.

When I can only get half and half for my coffee, I add butter; otherwise I use HWC.
