Diet success went out for an all stops and pulled out celebratory dinner after taking my Royal Conservatory Music exam for piano level five I was so nervous I just hope I passed and did well I think I passed but I want to achieve 80% which would be high honors don’t think my teacher would be satisfied with anything less than that and I would be disappointed with less but anyway the Test is over that’s what matters! We also had crispy zucchini sticks which were to die for assorted appetizer toasts my daughter had a pusher to take call cheese pizza and of course we had to have dessert I had a very modest very small piece of devil’s food cake with a tiny portion of salted caramel ice cream over itAnd over top of that was poured a cold nitro brew coffee farm a little tiny miniature beaker it was so cute looking if I would’ve been able to take a better picture I would’ve taken oneBut I was too busy and healing the desert to do that my daughter got some elaborate dessert plate which she was super stuffed after eating I barely taste it if you items on her plate in the vest for sure that were all really a taps too sweet for me so I wasn’t really tempted by any of her stuff on it all it was a great meal and I
Exercise complete control but not eating when I wasn’t full I also didn’t eat lunch at all except for half of an energy bar which I shared with my daughter while we were waiting for the test to start because I wanted to save room for dinner time so all in all I chalked it up as a very successful and enjoyable

I’m exhausted time to hit the hay for a well-deserved rest tomorrow I started in earnest on my theory exam preparations for May 12 fingers crossed I am taking his self and forest one week break no touching the piano that’s gonna be hard for me but I’m having to do it to me Cara from 8 to 10 tonight is that I have built up
