wt 176 lbs that is a 2lb loss. I have been under my calorie allotment for
the last two days and been doing bowflex and walking 30 minutes.
167.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
