I'm so sorry you're having a tough time. But, remember, you've done it before, you CAN do it again! If I can offer any advice, don't skimp on the lean proteins. They will help you feel full and satisfied longer. Keep up with the fruits and veggies. And, most important, don't deprive yourself of your favorite things. Just have less. :)I know how you feel. I'm struggling to maintain this weight while wanting to lose another 10. While being so busy I can't even get my laundry done. BTW, you are not too old to do this. Never too old.
