I love getting lettuce wraps for the Korean chicken I make in a Crock-Pot. Delicious! 🤘

how do you make your Korean chicken

Depends on how I’m feeling. Sometimes I’ll just take chicken breast, a packet of Korean bbq seasoning, and soy sauce, mix it all together, marinated it throughout the day, that night put it in the crockpot on low, and shred it the next day. Other days I get more specialized and cook my chicken with diced pear, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic in a pan. The second version takes more time than the packet.

I often turn what would normally be eaten as a sandwich into lettuce wraps. This time I was craving a pork chop sandwich, which is commonly served in Montana with a mayonnaise-mustard mixture. I covered the chop on both sides with the sauce. Topped it with a slice of onion, tomatoe, and carrot shavings. Then I wrapped the lettuce around it. I must say, it has more flavor without the bun, and very satisfying without bloating my gut.
