So I pretty much used this last week as more of a trial. Eating wise could be better. I have found that I tend to eat better Monday to Wednesday but after that, it seems to go downhill. A lot of this could be tied in the fact that thursdays are really hard for me energy-wise and I end up in that mindset that I can just reset on Sunday. I definitely need to alter this line of thinking. I am hoping that with regular exercise, it will help with this. When I was working on regularly after my middle child was born, I didn't have as many issues so I am hoping that this will help correct it. With working out, the gym has been consistent. I just need to work a little harder at making sure I am doing my cardio on my off days as well. Ah well. Despite the gain, I am still pretty proud of myself. It's those small victories that make all the difference.

Yeah sweetie I'm constantly researching what will work for me and with that comes tons of journal charting...its a tweak here and there for me you seem to be doing great and the fact that you just figured out where you are better at in the week and where you are not well to me that's the key to success . Yeah I know I wish it was a quicker result to figure it all out but no... well good things come to those who wait..well and tweak to fix it while we are waiting lol;)
