So far I'm doing well with my goal for the past week of getting up and taking a daily walk. I've been sort of stressed the past few days, so this is one thing that has made me happy and relaxed.
For the upcoming week, my goal is to experiment with some different exercises; Zumba (so many videos on YouTube, so why not?) and an interval training routine that a buddy shared with me.
Also, I need to stop obsessing so much about my weight and focus more on me. I have some exams to retake and really need to focus on that, because my performance is really bad right now.
