technically not fasting, I had a sprinkle of keto bomb in my black coffee at 3pm, just a few calories worth. running errands then spaghetti (miracle noodles) with grass fed beef meatballs. 🤤

If something isn’t an option how do you log that food?

When you are searching on the phone app there is an option at the bottom to add the food. If you are making up the recipe add it to your cookbook for the appropriate number of servings. (I wish they had a quantity option on the servings!) 🙋🏻But there is the same functionality on the web application.

Well ended up having a protein style 3x3 at in n out... was hungry after 25hr of no food... and it was more calorie dense than my spaghetti dinner I had planned. Shopping and errands took much longer than expected. So we had to grab some fast food!! But it was yummy, my day was less than 10NC!! 👍💪

@gaelicgal 💗 I got this small box that is filled with quotes on cards. I stopped using it. But I figure if I post a new quote here daily and think about the meaning of it and positivity it may better the quality of my day 😊 And I hope they do the same for others ♥️

One work-around: Pick a future day, enter all the ingredients, then divide by the number of servings. Write the nutrition values down for one serving, then create a custom food entry. Then go back and delete the full recipe list from the future day. Or - use recipes.sparkpeople.com to get the values and enter those into a custom food entry on FatSecret.

@gz9gjg I do that trick to figure out my recipes nutritional facts but didn’t know I could make custom food entries! Great to know! Thank you!!
