Ran half an hour straight tonight, haven't done cardio that intense in a while. After being out in the cold in the woods, am experiencing "exercise-induced bronchoconstriction", basically somewhat annoying coughing. Also have some mild shakes from the hypoglycemia which apparently is normal when doing exercise very early on in a keto diet. Mild shakes apparently also occur when your central nervous is not accustomed to enduring certain exercises. Hoping to get adjusted to consistent, regular running and eliminate these aforementioned conditions from future running sessions.
