Good Monday Morning Everyone! Hope everyone has made some progress over the past week and if it just hasn't happened for you yet, it will. over the past two weeks I've done pretty good best part is last week was the first time I had actually had sweets in two weeks. I don't count my daily iced coffee as Suites where is the sweetest part is the peanut butter or hazelnut creamer I put in it. But I've been thinking even if we can only make a little bit of progress each day/each week, we've changed ourselves even just a little and therefore I believe everyone needs a Fight Song to get you up and moving. I've proven to myself that if I can do what I did these past 2 weeks and keep it up that I'm An ALL-STAR!, and so that's my fight song. Anyone else have a song that gets them moving that you might like to share?, your fight song ca help motivate each or some of us. Have a GREAT day everybody and keep up the good work! 😁🍀
