Just had probably my healthiest trip ever to Costco and filled my refrigerator with Green Bags full of veggies and fruit.

I want to:
Drink more water each day
Eat more salads
Make smoothies
Snack on yogurt, veggies
Make stir fry
Eat all these vegetables before they go bad!

A healthier approach to my meals will certainly help. Also, I need to cut WAY back on the brownies, cookies, candy, beer, and wine. Those calories are just extra and I need to earn them by eating well.
