Still losing weight but at a much lower rate than before - before I could lose about 0.5 lbs per day but now I am only getting that every 3-4 days - to be expected I guess as I am just burning fewer calories due to the lower weight. I will try to change up my exercise routine to see if I can restart the same weight loss rate I had up to this point. If that doesn't work I will then try to reduce my calories - a combination of the two should work.
My original target weight was 200 lbs; however, I may revise this to 180 lbs and then try to increase back up to 200 lbs just through muscle growth.
