re-started my baby food diet as of this past Monday, hoping to see better results this time. not exactly sure what went wrong last time, I think it had to do with the boyfriend wanting to order out and having take-out leftovers from there, I guess I just kinda plummeted at that point. This time, I'm going to do as i did before.., baby food (bf) for breakfast, morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack with some kind of a protein at some point during the day and a regular dinner with a healthy evening snack (baby bel cheese, raisins, wasabi peas and peanuts, etc.), not going to say I failed my last attempt on my bf (baby food) diet, but from my point of distraction on everything went nuts., a wedding in the family, a toddler birthday, baby shower, turkey day and THEN holiday baking, followed by Christmas and New Year's Eve and Day, so here I am trying to get back on track. I can say though, at least I only gained 7lbs...it could have been worse. , but I have the right mindset now and am determined that this is going to happen, one way or another and eventually I'll get it done with no further distractions., not killing myself over it this time but also not going to allow myself to swerve off course. Step-daughter is getting married the first week of September and I am hoping to reach my goal of 140 by then and if I have enough time before September after losing the weight I'll be going under the knife and having some work done.., excess skin doesn't leave a person necessarily feeling confident in their new look, so goal 1 lose the weight, goal 2 have the surgery, goal 3 look and feel great!
