I'm afraid to write anything these days. I feel if I do begin writing about my life I'll be in a funk that I'll never be able to get out of. Anyway, I haven't eaten any meat in a month. It wasn't that difficult and I really enjoy new vegetarian or vegan recipes. Yoga is going well and I think I may have turned a yoga corner. I say that all the time, but this time I mean it. I was able to stretch a little lower. Maybe I was just having a good yoga day or as I prefer to look at it...I've turned a yoga corner.
