still looks very good!! I had spinach with Kale cooked in bacon grease with onions and I could not chew the kale in it. was disappointing. you are doing very very well I think sometimes you are too hard on yourself.. half way to your goal is amazing!! way to go :) good night :)

@cherik1 yes, I am hard on myself. I have battled self hate and lack of confidence for a long time. But it’s a cycle I hope to break in a healthy way.

@cherik1 do you soak and massage your kale? I know that sounds RIDICULOUS!! Haha, but google it, it makes kale tender and more edible!
