So I'm doing the six week squat challenge and after day two my legs are really starting to feel the hurt. I guess this is a good thing. I do believe I did way more than 50 squats yesterday as I was in the bathroom about 25 times. My bladder must know I needed to do squats. So does that mean I did 75 squats? Or maybe 100 squats since I have to go up and down!

Stay strong everyone and remember to squat!

I`m doing this challenge as well. I hate exercising but I`m going to do it :-(

Don’t want to discourage you from exercising but I don’t believe in these challenges- like are you planning to keep it up after the challenge or go back to your old ways? There are very few people who can do vast amounts of squats with perfect form so you may not be doing any good or worse injure yourself 🙁 also I’m guessing that you are just focusing on squats and ignoring other bits of your body.... Just saying look in to it a bit and find somethings you can enjoy and mix it up a bit. Good luck

@Mickfan1 - just listen to your body, you will know whether its doing you good or not. Anything new is bound to make you sore a bit - proud you're trying!
