So I really stunk up the joint yesterday with my eating. No booze though! Not hard at all since I just ate junk food instead. I need to make better choices when going out to eat. I'm blaming my hubby. He's the one who suggested ice cream. But when it comes down to it I'm the one who ate it. No more blaming others for my goof ups. It's a new day and I'm going to stick to the plan.
