I'm thinking about doing another reboot to jumpstart my weight loss again. If any of you don't know what I'm talking about you can see it for yourself on the website jointhereboot.com or watch the documentary "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead", which is how I discovered Dr. Fuhrman and his work. Initially I did a juice cleanse, then started Dr. Furhman's diet. I would think that juice cleansing while ill would be good for the body so long as one drinks plenty of water and rest. Or perhaps I should just drink a daily juice to ensure that I'm getting enough fruits and vegetables in.
