Well I actually did a 24 hour fast willingly !!! FIRST TIME.. Was not as bad as I thought it would be, many of the FS buddies gave me advice and I survived. My tummy problem went away, So all things good and back to normal, actually did not have to taste any food yesterday, till dinner, my wife was actually surprised as well..Then my house became " THE HOUSE OF CARBS " as she started baking, gluten free cookies, SAYS THERE FOR THE KIDS, BUT THEY ALL MOVED OUT A FEW WEEKS AGO. TOLD ME THEY COME BACK, THIS WEEKEND.
