I find there are a lot of sugar free low fat treats out there, but still have to control the amount I eat. I start my day by planning my menu and my husbands and stick with it. Sometimes we mess up but most of the time we do o.k. Prais the Lord we are feeling better and doing more.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 March 2012:
1258 kcal Fat: 35.25g | Prot: 64.25g | Carb: 158.90g.   Breakfast: Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Original English Muffin, great value turkey bacon, Blue Bonnet Light, Pam Cooking Spray, Strawberries, Oranges, egg white. Lunch: Cook's Spiral Sliced Ham, Blue Bonnet Light, mustard, Ezekiel Bread, Split Pea Soup (1/2 cup servings). Dinner: Great Value Brown Gravy, Coleslaw (1/2 cup servings), Small Whole Beets, Birds Eye Whole Grain Brown Rice, Cook's Spiral Slice Ham. Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Salt Water Taffy , Sugar Free Hard Candy Baskin-Robins, Werther's Original Sugar Free Hard Candy. more...
