Been a bad month for me. My Aunt died earlier this month, my father. in law ended up in Critical Care for 2 weeks, I just buried my cousin last Monday and now my Mom is in the hospital with CHF. I've really been slacking on my diet and it's showing on the scales and I can feel it. I hate stress eating. Trying to get back on track and stay focused. God give me strength because I really need it now. I haven't logged in a while and I need to make sure I get back to doing it daily. I will get there. I'm determined to loss this fat!!!
