Looks yummy. Do you make the turkey meatballs yourself? My recipe uses 1 cup of Progresso Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs for 1 lb of lean ground turkey .. and a 4 oz serving winds up with 295 calories. I love them, but I need a less calorie dense recipe!

I skipped putting in breadcrumbs this time. I used ground turkey meat, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, one egg, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. I haven't calculated the calories on mine yet. I cook mine in a skillet and brown on all sides before putting the sauce in and letting it simmer for about 30 mins.

Calories are about 60 - 70 per meatball. That is for 12 balls from 1 pound of 93% fat free turkey meat.

That looks so good! I haven't tried a tomato-based sauce on spaghetti squash yet.

Thanks! I love a tomato sauce with spaghetti squash, but just some olive oil and seasonings is good too. I tried a tomato sauce with shrimp one time that was good too. Don't remember where I found the sauce recipe for that one.
