Mal321's Journal, 03 July 2017

I think I need to change my strategy and I will probably go on Keto diet. But I can`t imagine eating bacon, chees or butter. I don`t want this crap to accumulate in my body.
I`ll need to get rid of all of the sugars including my favourite berries and eat more high protein food (and lots of fat?). I`m not sure I`m still researching on that.

I`m so desperate to lose a minimum 4kg till the end of this month because I`m going on holiday.

Ok, I`m ready for this and let`s see what happens within next week.

Keto diet and intermittent fasting can work if your only goal is to lose weight in the short term BUT I highly would suggest you go with your instincts and do more research. You are so right about how animal food products will accumulate in your body and cause problems later on. BUT if your only goal is weight loss keto, intermittent fasting, and activity will get you to your goal. Let me reiterate that I DON'T RECOMMEND eating animal products or keto dieting. Intermittent fasting alone with your normal dietary practices and some activity can help you reach your goal. No matter what you do just be consistent and you will get there.

Try doing some cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach 15-25 minutes. 1 minute moderate pace then 30 seconds fast (repeat nonstop until the target time is elapsed). I also cut my calories and I LOWER my carbs because I get a very very lazy and sluggish feel to me on 0 carbs. I eat 100g post workout and then none for any other part of the day when I do decide to lose weight. I also consume a high protein diet but you don't have to do that. I just feel it keeps me full. You don't necessarily have to do a keto diet if your concerns are the animal products. Simply lower carbs and try a amount that you feel is low but not so low that you feel like your gonna faint all the time
