Just finished a five day fast and I absolutely stuck to it but just now im feeling kind of guity because I had a naughty day.ate a small quiche that came in at 500 calories, , plus a big bunch of grapes plus a cheeky bowl of pasta with mushrooms and peppers,,,, no cheese though hehehe,, plus two slices of weightwatchers carrot cake,,, , ok three!!!!,, so there is no way im going on my scales for the next two days,,, bit of karma has kicked in though because my tummy is feeling a little rough

Should have came off your fast slower. Liquids, then soups, then soft food, and worked your way back to solid more complex foods gradually.

Just out of interest, what did you expect would happen at the end of your fast and when you began eating food? As in with regards to weight and food re-introduction? It's not karma btw, ;) ...

Agree with TLarry, veg based soups, lots of liquids, every time you feel hungry, more fluid, more soups...hope ye feeling a bit better by now too, and are back on track...best wishes...
