Another half pound overnight - wahoo! Yesterday I discovered the zucchini noodle (meaning, I made some). I had them with a spicy Thai peanut sauce that I made with PB Fit and no other added oils. There were mushrooms and celery and carrots and the last half ounce of some chicken. It was ridiculously good and just over 100cal. for an entire bowl. I will be making that regularly!!

I haven't been recording my exercise, because I don't exercise a lot in traditional ways due to a hip injury that is still healing. We did, however, spend some time yesterday framing. We are finishing the basement of our house. So even without formal exercise right now, I am staying active.

I'm eager to do my more official first-of-the-month weigh in tomorrow morning. It's been a good month.
