Good day. 7am walk in the hills followed by entirely too much time on the computer trying to understand Eurail Spain reservations. Whew! soon this too will pass. Great dinner -- chicken simmered in Miso,mirin,vineger and shoyu.

I love how you and your wife stay in shape together by cycling or hiking, as opposed to one of you drifting off to the gym and the other to a class. It makes it so much easier to support one another in getting/staying healthy and active.
