Keep learning about keto and keep it going. I'm having great success with diabetes, cholestero and BP control since mid January. I'm a slow weight loser compared to many ketoers, but it's steadily going down. A Facebook group (like Ketogenic Success) is additional inspiration, but I started right here on fatsecret. Keto on!!!
