feeling too tired and overwhelmed to keep track of foods. choking sensation starts after almost anytime cold liquid ingested. sometimes lasts for several hours, sometimes just a few hours. cramps after almost every meal or just stomach pain. severe cramps tonight for hours after 2 bowls of corn/zucchini soup with vegan sour cream and probiotic salsa. maybe the quantity was triggering?
