:( sometimes I go up a bit.. and then I go down not having done anything different! I once worried about it, now I just try not to panic and just try a bit extra h2o and 30 more minutes of exercise!
134.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
