Lord I need to get back in the program man. I have been cheating so bad on food. I have been over eating a little. It feels like a lot though. Lol well I don't want to quit . I really don't I am scared that I will get to lazy and think its ok not to record what I eat. I just have to keep telling myself I can do this. Don't quit YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!!
