Yoghurt and cereal in morning, sushi for lunch and varied supper. Stay off bread and keep to around 1500 calories, walking most days but leg is sore.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
